Help us celebrate the 82nd Annual Dayton Rodeo Labor Day Parade


Parade Theme:  Celebrating the Tradition of Rodeo!

PARADE LOCATION:

 

The 82nd Annual Dayton Rodeo Labor Day Parade will begin at Oak Park (above the Dayton Rodeo arena) and will follow Highway 175 through downtown Dayton and end by the Grandview Health Care Center.

PARADE ENTRIES:

 

Parade entries are encouraged from civic organizations, clubs, businesses, schools, churches, youth groups, bands, institutions, specialty groups, and more!  NO ENTRY FEE.

No entry form or pre-registration is required.

Parade line-up will be on a first come, first served basis - divided according to entry type.


The Dayton Rodeo Celebration Parade Committee reserves the right to reject any entries
that may be considered offensive or dangerous, or contrary to city ordinance.

PARADE LINEUP:

  • Parade entries should go to the rodeo parking area at Oak Park in Dayton (south end of Dayton).  

  • All entries need to be at the line up area between 7:00 - 9:00 am to secure a spot in the parade.

  • Tractors and large parade entries should go to Landus area south of Dayton.

  • Horses and or animal entries should meet at the Dayton Rodeo arena for parade entry.

  • Entry into parade will be directed by parade coordinators after flag presentation, dignitaries, honorees, and military groups.
