Help us celebrate the 84th Annual Dayton Rodeo Labor Day Parade


Parade Theme:  Saddle Up - LET'S RODEO 2021!

PARADE LOCATION:

 

The 84th Annual Dayton Rodeo Labor Day Parade will begin at Oak Park (above the Dayton Rodeo arena) and will follow Highway 175 through downtown Dayton, the parade will end by the Grandview Health Care Center.

PARADE ENTRIES:

 

Parade entries are encouraged from civic organizations, clubs, businesses, schools, churches, youth groups, bands, institutions, specialty groups, and more!  NO ENTRY FEE.

No entry form or pre-registration is required.

Parade line-up will be on a first come, first served basis - divided according to entry type.


The Dayton Rodeo Celebration Parade Committee reserves the right to reject any entries
that may be considered offensive or dangerous, or contrary to city ordinance.

PARADE LINEUP:

  • Parade entries should go to the Landus area south of Dayton on HWY 175.  

  • All entries need to be at the line up area between 8:00 - 9:00 am to secure a spot in the parade.

  • Entrance to the staging area will be closed after 9:30 am; HWY 175 will be closed at 9:50 am.

  • Horses and or animal entries should meet at the Dayton Rodeo arena for parade entry.

  • Entry into parade will be directed by parade coordinators after flag presentation, dignitaries, honorees, and military groups.
